01 - 1 1/2 cups cold brew coffee or strong chilled coffee

02 - 3 tablespoons tahini, well-stirred
03 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey, to taste

05 - Pinch of sea salt

06 - 1/2 cup plant-based milk, such as almond, oat, or soy
07 - 1 cup ice cubes
# Method:
01 - Whisk together tahini, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt in a mixing bowl or pitcher until smooth and fully emulsified.
02 - Arrange ice cubes evenly into two tall glasses.
03 - Divide cold brew coffee between both glasses over the ice.
04 - Spoon the prepared tahini mixture into each glass with coffee and stir thoroughly to integrate.
