# Method:
01 - In a bowl, whisk hot water, matcha powder, and granulated sugar until fully dissolved. Cool to room temperature.
02 - Using an electric mixer, beat cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.
03 - Whisk mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
04 - Gently fold whipped cream into mascarpone mixture until smooth and fluffy without overmixing.
05 - Briefly dip each ladyfinger into cooled matcha syrup without soaking, then break or cut to fit bases of dessert cups.
