# Method:
01 - Whisk eggs, milk, pumpkin puree, protein powder, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, vanilla extract, and salt in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
02 - Heat a large nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly coat with butter or nonstick spray.
03 - Dip each slice of bread into the batter, allowing each side to absorb the mixture thoroughly.
04 - Place soaked bread slices onto the skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.
05 - Continue with the remaining bread, adding more butter or nonstick spray as needed for each batch.
