# Method:
01 - Combine shredded chicken, BBQ sauce, honey, hot sauce, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Mix thoroughly to coat chicken evenly.
02 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced red onions and chopped bell peppers. Sauté for 5 minutes until softened and lightly browned.
03 - Lay tortilla flat. Sprinkle half with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Add BBQ chicken mixture, sautéed vegetables, and fresh cilantro.
04 - Fold tortilla over filling to create half-moon shape, pressing edges gently to seal.
