01 - 1 large fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into 8 rings (approximately 1/2-inch thick)

02 - 3 tablespoons honey
03 - 1.5 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
05 - 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
06 - 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil or vegetable oil

# Method:
01 - Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
02 - In a small mixing bowl, whisk together honey, Sriracha sauce, fresh lime juice, light brown sugar, and melted coconut oil until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
03 - Gently pat the pineapple rings dry with paper towels. Generously brush both sides of each pineapple ring with the prepared honey-Sriracha glaze.
04 - Place the glazed pineapple rings on the preheated grill. Grill for 3 to 4 minutes per side. Brush with additional glaze during cooking and turn carefully using tongs until desirable grill marks appear and the pineapple is caramelized.
05 - Remove the grilled pineapple rings from the grill. Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro and serve immediately with fresh lime wedges, if desired.
