# Method:
01 - Set the oven to 400°F and allow it to fully preheat.
02 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, pineapple juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
03 - Place salmon fillets in a single layer in a baking dish.
04 - Pour the honey pineapple sauce evenly over each salmon fillet.
