01 - 10.5 oz linguine
02 - 10.5 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
→ Sauce
03 - Juice of 1 medium orange
04 - 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
05 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
06 - 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
07 - 1/2 cup light cream
# Method:
01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add linguine and cook until al dente according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
02 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add a small amount of olive oil, sauté the minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add shrimp and cook until pink and just cooked through, around 2-3 minutes per side.
03 - Pour in orange juice, soy sauce, and light cream. Stir gently, allowing the sauce to simmer and thicken for 2 minutes. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
