# Components:
→ Egg Mixture
01 - 3 large eggs, separated
02 - 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
03 - 3 tablespoons cornstarch
04 - 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
05 - 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
→ Color Additions
06 - Red gel food coloring
07 - Yellow gel food coloring
08 - Blue gel food coloring
09 - Green gel food coloring
# Method:
01 - Preheat oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Beat egg whites and cream of tartar in a large, clean bowl with a mixer until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, continuing to beat until stiff, glossy peaks develop.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together egg yolks, cornstarch, and vanilla extract until smooth.
04 - Gently fold egg yolk mixture into whipped egg whites, avoiding deflation of the batter.
05 - Divide the batter evenly among bowls for the desired colors. Add a few drops of gel food coloring to each portion and gently fold until combined.
06 - Spoon colorful dollops side by side onto the prepared baking sheet to create a rainbow effect. Swirl gently with a spatula for marble patterns, if desired.
07 - Bake for 25 minutes, or until set and lightly golden.
08 - Allow bread to cool briefly before removing from the baking sheet. Serve immediately for optimal fluffiness.
